RN Med Surg / Cardiac
Overview
- Travel RN position in Joplin, Missouri
- Specialty: Med Surg - Cardiac

Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Missouri
- Med Surg (2 years of experience)
- Med Surg experience within the last year
- BLS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Driver's License
Schedule Expectations
- Weekend coverage as required by the facility
- Call as required by the facility
- Expected to work at least one major summer or winter holiday
- Up to 5 days of requested time off may be automatically approved in each 13-week assignment
Patient Population
- Post-cardiac surgery, cardiac, and general medical patients
Work Environment
- Patient ratio: 1:5
- Uses EPIC
- Black scrubs required
Additional Notes
- Flu vaccination is required for all travelers from November 1 to April 1, unless an exemption is approved by the client
- Local candidates are paid less than travel candidates
- Up to 26 weeks may be requested
