- Electrophysiology Lab (2 years of experience)
- Electrophysiology Lab experience within the last year
- ACLS
- BLS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Unit Details
- Electrophysiology lab
- 3 procedure areas
- 15 staff members
- Day shift staffing includes 13 RNs and 2 RCES
Typical Procedures
- Ablations for A-fib, A-flutter, SVT, V-tach, and PVC
- Device procedures including ICD, PPM, Bi-V, and His Bundle PPM
- Laser lead extractions
Work Environment
- Fast-paced setting
- Professional conduct and strong attendance are important
- Navy blue scrubs are used on the unit
