Registered Nurse - Cardiac Surgical ICU Contract

Overview

Location: New York, New York
Contract length: 13 weeks
Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
Hours per week: 34.5

Role Summary

Provides direct patient care in a cardiac surgical intensive care setting.
Works with an interdisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Supports patient experience, quality, safety, and professional development initiatives.
May perform charge nurse duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in New York
SICU - Surgical Intensive Care (2 years of experience)
SICU - Surgical Intensive Care experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
Bachelor of Science in Nursing
2 years of Post Open Heart and Cardiac Care Unit experience

Preferred

EPIC experience

Additional Notes

Travel experience is required for travel positions, but not for per diem positions.
