- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Labor and Delivery (1 year of experience)
- Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
- BLS
- ACLS
- NRP
- AWHONN
- Rapid Response Competencies
- Rapid Response experience
Experience
- Over 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience preferred
Unit Details
- Labor and Delivery unit
- Floating may include postpartum couplets
- Candidates must be able to care for couplets if floated
Clinical Skills / Procedures
- AWHONN fetal monitoring
- NST
- Cervical exams
- Managing labor
- Titrating medications
- McRoberts maneuver
Additional Notes
- No special scheduling or RTO
- Candidates may extend for an additional 6 weeks at the same rate if fully credentialed
