Job Overview
- Location: Weston, Florida

- Shift: Evening, 5x8 hours, 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM

- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Role focus: MRI technologist for afternoon weekdays
Required Qualifications
- MRI Technologist with 1 year of experience
- MRI Technologist experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
Required Documents and Compliance
- Government-issued photo ID
- Proof of I-9 or attestation
- Proof of E-Verify or attestation
- Background check with 7-year criminal review, updated annually
- EPLS/GSA/SAM check within 30 days of start and at each renewal/extension
- HHS/OIG check within 30 days of start and at each renewal/extension
- Education verification
- Physical exam within the last 12 months
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start, updated annually
- TB questionnaire if applicable
- Measles, mumps, and rubella immunity documentation
- Hepatitis B immunity documentation
- Varicella immunity documentation
- Negative 10-panel drug screen within 1 year of start
- Seasonal influenza vaccination or approved exemption documentation
- COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption documentation
- References: 2 professional references within 2 years of start
- Employment application
- Skills checklist, if applicable, updated annually
- Florida AHCA Level II fingerprint results
Onboarding Notes
- Online training modules must be completed before start
- Modules must be completed on a computer using Google Chrome
- Radiation badge will be issued by the facility if applicable
