LTAC ICU Nurse
Overview
- Location: Columbia, South Carolina
- Employment type: Travel/Contract
- Shift: Night, 3x12-hour shifts
- Weekly hours: 36, with option for 48 hours
- Contract length: 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in South Carolina
- Long Term Acute Care (2 years of experience)
- Long Term Acute Care experience within the last year
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- 2 years of ICU experience
Preferred Experience
- LTAC experience
Additional Requirements
- Driver’s license or state ID is required to set up computer access and must be carried while on duty
- E-Verify or attestation
- 7-year background check completed within 12 months of start
- OFAC, EPLS/GSA/SAM, and HHS/OIG screenings
- Education verification for the highest level of education
- Physical exam within 1 year of start
- Fit mask / respirator fit test completed onsite during orientation
- Negative TB screening within 90 days of start
- Drug screening within 1 year of start and updated annually
- Flu vaccine documentation or approved exemption
- Employment application with 7-year work history
- Skills checklist
- Internal evaluation if applicable
