    NICU Registered Nurse

    Job Overview

    • Travel/contract role in Santa Rosa, California
    • 13-week assignment
    • Day shift: 3x12 hours, 7:00 AM–7:30 PM
    • Every other weekend
    • Voluntary call

    Required Qualifications

    • Valid RN license in California
    • NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care (2 years of experience)
    • NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care experience within the last year
    • BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
    • NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure
    • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

    • 7-year background check
    • Sex offender search
    • EPLS/GSA/SAM search
    • HHS/OIG search
    • FACIS Level 3 screening
    • California Medi-Cal search, if FACIS III cannot be run
    • Official transcripts or diploma, if verification attempts are unsuccessful
    • Education verification
    • TB screening questionnaire
    • Negative TB test or chest x-ray
    • Physical exam
    • Fit test
    • Drug screen
    • Flu vaccination or declination during flu season
    • Color vision exam
