Overview

• Location: Cleveland, Ohio
• Shift: 07:00 - 19:30
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Setting: Adult medical/surgical inpatient care, including orthopedics, neurosurgical, and level 1 trauma patients

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license with permanent licensure; temporary licenses are not accepted
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• 2-step TB test with negative reads within the last 6 months, or acceptable IGRA option
• MMR immunity documentation or acceptable booster/titer history
• Varicella immunity documentation or acceptable booster/titer history
• Hepatitis B series, partial series, or signed declination as allowed in the source
• Tdap vaccination within the last 10 years
• Fit test completed within 1 year of start
• Physical exam / health statement completed within 1 year of start
• Education verification
• Employment verification within the last 5 years
• Competency exam

Additional Notes

• Flu vaccine proof is required from October through March; if declined, masking requirements and specific declination forms apply
• COVID-19 vaccination is preferred but not required
