Friday through Monday, 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Contract Length

13 weeks

Required Qualifications

Valid CT Technologist license in Illinois
CT Technologist experience within the last year
1 year of CT Technologist experience
ARRT (CT)

Onboarding Requirements

COVID-19 vaccination documentation; declination or exemption is not accepted in Illinois
MMR documentation
Varicella documentation
Hepatitis B documentation or declination
TB screening within 1 year of start
Physical/health statement from an exam within the last year
Fit test for a 3M N95 1860 respirator mask, size small or regular
Trinity Code of Conduct form
Trinity I-9
Confidentiality and information security agreement
Conflict of interest disclosure form
EPLS check
