Job Details
- Location: Paducah, Kentucky
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
- Hours: 40 per week
- Call: 1–2 nights per week and every 3rd weekend
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Kentucky
- Operating Room experience within the last year
- CVOR experience
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Preferred Qualifications
- BSN
- Previous nursing experience
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing reassessments
- Provide and document nursing care, treatments, and procedures
- Coordinate admissions, transfers, discharges, and discharge teaching
- Educate patients and families
- Collaborate with the care team and delegate appropriately
- Participate in quality improvement activities and patient safety monitoring
