Required Qualifications
- Valid CT Technologist license in Kansas
- CT Technologist (1 year of experience)
- CT Technologist experience within the last year
- ARRT (CT)
Additional Requirements
- Background check within 1 year of start, including SS trace, county searches for the last 7 years of locations lived/worked/in school, nationwide search, sex offender search, and FACIS Level 1M
- EPLS/GSA/SAM check annually
- HHS/OIG check annually
- National tech certification verification, as applicable
- State license verification
- Competency exam, as applicable by profession/specialty
- Medication test/pharmacology competency exam, as applicable by profession
- Physical exam within 1 year of start
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
- Measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella immunization or immunity documentation
- Negative 9-panel drug screen within 1 year of start
- Skills checklist annually
