Registered Nurse — MS/Tele
Overview
- Travel/contract role in Cleveland, Ohio
- 20-week assignment; 13 weeks also accepted
- Night shift: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Ohio
- Med Surg / Telemetry (1.5 years of experience)
- Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- NIHSS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Preferred
- NIH Stroke Certification
Submission Requirements
- One recent reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, director, or charge RN in the specialty
- Government-issued photo ID
- Background check
- Education verification
- Fingerprinting
- Ohio BCI/FBI fingerprint result attestation
- Employment application with 3 years of prior work history, including at least 2 years of clinical practice in an acute care setting and in a similar area to the assignment
- Skills checklist
- Physical exam within 1 year of start
- Fit mask clearance within 12 months of start
- Tdap vaccination documentation
- TB screening or chest X-ray, depending on history
- Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B immunity/vaccination documentation
- Drug screen within 12 months of start
- Flu vaccination documentation or approved exemption
- Eye exam within 1 year of start
- Online training modules before start
- Baseline competency exam during orientation

- Certifications expiring within 30 days of start must be renewed before start
- Candidates may start with fingerprint results pending if fingerprinting is completed before start
