Registered Nurse - MedSurg / Telemetry

Location

• Everett, Massachusetts

Schedule

• 13-week contract
• 12-hour rotating shifts: 7a-7p and 7p-7a
• Every other weekend
• No block scheduling
• No on-call
• Must work every other major holiday

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Massachusetts
• Med Surg (2 years of experience)
• Med Surg experience within the last year
• One completed travel assignment
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Driver's License
• Experience with Epic

Submission Requirements

• Up-to-date resume
• 2 recent manager/supervisor references in matching specialty
• Skills checklist matching specialty
• Driver’s license with address matching demographics
• NURSYS verification report pulled within the last week showing all current or past licenses
• Requested time off must be included at submission

Work Setting

• Med Surg / Telemetry unit
• Floating may be required
• RNs identify rhythms every 4 hours
• No central monitor tech; monitors are on the unit

Additional Notes

• Local candidates within 50 miles are accepted, with local rate applied
• Candidates fluent in another language may note it on the resume
• Spanish, Portuguese, and Haitian Creole are commonly spoken on the unit
