Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse
Job Overview

Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in California
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Labor and Delivery (1 year of experience)
- Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- NRP issued by American Heart Association or American Academy of Pediatrics
- EFM issued by AWHONN or NCC
- Harassment Prevention Training Certificate
Additional Requirements
- Government-issued photo ID
- Resume/application
- Unit-specific skills checklist
- Background check
- Physical exam within 12 months of start
- Fit mask testing within 1 year prior to start
- Negative TB screening or chest X-ray
- Drug screen within 60 days of start
- Immunization or proof of immunity for Tdap, measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B
- COVID vaccination or approved exemption
- Flu vaccination or approved exemption during flu season
- Annual TB questionnaire
- Annual harassment prevention training
- Annual mandatory training study guide
- Annual implicit bias training
- Annual safety/orientation acknowledgements and facility forms
- Badge photo
