ICU RN

Overview

  • Location: Boston, Massachusetts
  • Employment type: LTA
  • Contract length: 13 weeks
  • Schedule: 36 hours, day/night rotating, every other weekend, every other holiday

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in Massachusetts
  • CVICU (3 years of experience)
  • CVICU experience within the last year
  • 1 year or more of total travel experience
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
  • Expertise in advanced heart failure management

Required Onboarding Items

  • BLS certification
  • Resume including the past 7 years of work experience, with city and state for all work experience and education
  • 2 references from within the past 4 years, including at least 1 supervisor or above in the skillset
  • Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission
  • Education verification
  • SSN trace
  • Criminal background check
  • Massachusetts CORI check
  • National sex offender check
  • Exclusion checks
  • Medication exam with an 80% passing score
  • Fit test and respirator medical clearance attestation, if required for the skill
  • MMR documentation or proof of immunity
  • TB test documentation
  • Health statement
  • Confirmation of assignment/POI form
  • Beeline attestation

Optional / Conditional

  • Positive TB screening requires a chest x-ray showing no active tuberculosis
  • Name change documentation may be needed if credential documents do not match the current legal name
