Neuro ICU RN
Job Overview
- Travel/contract RN role in Castro Valley, California
- 13-week assignment
- Night shift: 3x12 hours, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
- 36 hours per week
- Every other weekend required
- Patient ratio: 1:2
- Local candidates accepted within 50 miles, at local rate
- May float to ED, Step Down Unit, or Central Monitoring Department
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in California
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Neuro ICU (1 year of experience)
- Neuro ICU experience within the last year
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- NIHSS
- Experience with Epic
Preferred
- TNCC
Additional Notes
- CA license and certifications must be in hand to submit
- Background check, health screening, and onboarding documents are required prior to start
