Home Health Physical Therapist

Location

Santa Maria, California

Contract Length

13 weeks

Schedule

Day shift
8-hour days
40 hours per week
Majority of hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Every 3rd weekend required
Minor holidays required; major holidays only if needed

Required Qualifications

Active California Physical Therapist license
BLS certification
2 full years of experience
Experience working with OASIS
1 year of experience working in PT/OT/Speech

Additional Details

Home-based care
Assigned to a geographical region
Home setting experience is preferred but not required
Business attire with a white lab coat; no jeans
Floor orientation is 1.5–2 weeks
Mileage is not paid
