Description
Cath Lab Registered Nurse
Overview
- Travel/contract role in Santa Rosa, California
- 13-week assignment
- Day shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM or 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
- Includes three call shifts every two weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in California
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Cardiac Cath Lab (1 year of experience)
- Cardiac Cath Lab experience within the last year
Health and Compliance Requirements
- Government-issued photo ID
- Social Security card, as applicable for I-9
- E-Verify attestation
- Background check within 90 days of start, with annual updates
- Education verification required
- Federal exclusion checks required within 30 days of start, with monthly updates
- Physical exam within 1 year of start
- Fit mask clearance required
- Tdap within 10 years or declination
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray
- Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, hepatitis B, flu season, COVID, and drug screening documentation required
- Respiratory safety clearance required for travel starts
Additional Notes
- Traveler may be required to float to another facility within a reasonable distance
- Annual regulatory modules are required
