    Description

    Cath Lab Registered Nurse

    Overview

    • Travel/contract role in Santa Rosa, California
    • 13-week assignment
    • Day shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM or 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
    • Includes three call shifts every two weeks

    Required Qualifications

    • Valid RN license in California
    • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
    • Cardiac Cath Lab (1 year of experience)
    • Cardiac Cath Lab experience within the last year

    Health and Compliance Requirements

    • Government-issued photo ID
    • Social Security card, as applicable for I-9
    • E-Verify attestation
    • Background check within 90 days of start, with annual updates
    • Education verification required
    • Federal exclusion checks required within 30 days of start, with monthly updates
    • Physical exam within 1 year of start
    • Fit mask clearance required
    • Tdap within 10 years or declination
    • Negative TB test or chest X-ray
    • Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, hepatitis B, flu season, COVID, and drug screening documentation required
    • Respiratory safety clearance required for travel starts

    Additional Notes

    • Traveler may be required to float to another facility within a reasonable distance
    • Annual regulatory modules are required
