Job Overview

• Location: Fayetteville, Georgia
• Employment type: Travel/Contract
• Shift: Day, 3x12 hours, 11:00–23:00
• Hours per week: 36
• Contract length: 12 weeks
• Weekend requirement: Every other weekend
• Call: None
• Floating: Within facility/scope of practice as needed

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Georgia
• ED - Emergency Department (2 years of experience)
• ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
• One completed travel assignment
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• PALS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• NIHSS
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Experience with Epic

Additional Hiring Requirements

• Photo ID
• Background check completed before start
• Education verification for related degree
• Work history verification of most recent employer
• 2 clinical references
• Skills checklist within 12 months
• Physical exam within 12 months of start
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray
• TB questionnaire
• Drug screen
• Flu vaccination or declination
• Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B documentation
• Color blind testing
• Compliance must be complete before start

Schedule Expectations

• Work one major holiday if it falls during the assignment
• Work two major holidays if two fall during the assignment
• Work two of three major holidays if three fall during the assignment

• Non-billable orientation hours vary by contract length
• Start may be delayed by 2 weeks if compliance is not complete on time
