Practice Manager
Overview
- Location: Chicago, Illinois
- Employment type: LTA
- Shift: 08:00 - 16:30
- Contract length: 13 weeks
Role Summary
- Serves as a liaison between physicians, office employees, and other clinical and administrative areas.
- Oversees daily practice operations, including services, site policies, staff development, and patient flow.
- Manages staff relations, including performance management, staff satisfaction, and conflict management.
- Handles scheduling, recruitment, and payroll.
- Monitors billing and collection functions, budgets, regulatory compliance, contracts, and vendor relations.
- Supports financial, budget, and business goals and may assist with physician compensation system development.
- Coordinates patient care services with patients, staff, physicians, and other providers.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Illinois
- Manager experience with 2 years of experience
- Manager experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Driver's License
- Family Medicine experience
