Case Manager RN
Job Overview
- Specialty: Registered Nurse
- Location: Bel Air, Maryland

- Shift: Day, 5x8 hours
- Hours per week: 40
- Schedule: Monday through Friday; occasional weekend staffing as needed
- Start date: 9/14/26
Role Summary
- Inpatient case management role focused on coordinating medical home care, placement, and social support services to support safe discharges.
- Average daily census: 15 cases.
- Floating is required between Bel Air and Aberdeen facilities as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Maryland
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Case Management (3 years of experience)
- Case Management experience within the last year
- Experience in an Inpatient setting
- Discharge Planning
Preferred Qualifications
- EPIC charting experience
Certifications
- BLS preferred
Work Environment
- Business casual attire
- Holidays are required as scheduled
