- Rehabilitation experience within the last year
- BLS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Med Surg experience
- Experience with Cerner

- Patient population includes adults with stroke, brain injury, amputation, multi-trauma, hip fracture, spinal cord injury, debility, and cardiac conditions
- Team-based, transdisciplinary care environment
- Navy blue scrubs required
