Home Health/Hospice Clinical Nurse I (RN)

Newport Beach, California

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
40 hours per week
Home visits required

Required Qualifications

Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Valid RN license in California
BLS
Driver's License
2 years of acute clinical nursing experience
Home Health (2 years of experience)
Home Health experience within the last year
Hospice experience

Preferred Experience

Hospice nursing experience

Role Summary

Provides direct patient care in home health and/or hospice settings
Performs physical assessments, IV/infusion care, nursing interventions, pain management, medication administration, specimen collection, nutrition support, patient teaching, and discharge planning
