• Night shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Contract Length

• 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Ohio
• Med Surg experience within the last year
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• Driver's License

Onboarding / Compliance Requirements

• Submission packet including resume, 2 professional references from the last 2 years, and a completed job application
• Prior employment form
• I-9 attestation or completed I-9 on file
• Criminal background check
• OIG search
• SAM/EPLS/GSA/OFAC screening
• Drug screen
• Module completion certificate
• Ohio fingerprints or FBI fingerprint check, depending on Ohio residency history
• Physical exam statement showing ability to work without restrictions
• Fit test
• TB testing with negative results
• MMR immunity or booster series if needed
• Varicella immunity or booster series if needed
• Hepatitis B documentation
• Tdap within the last 10 years

Optional / Conditional Items

• Influenza vaccine proof is required from October through March; declination or medical accommodation forms are available if applicable
• COVID-19 vaccine is preferred, not required
• If TB testing is positive, a clear chest x-ray and current TB questionnaire are required
• If Ohio fingerprint results are pending, an attestation and proof of completion are required together
• If background check or fingerprint results contain a hit, a candidate statement is required for review
