Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in Connecticut
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
  • Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
  • 1 year of Labor and Delivery experience
  • BLS issued by American Heart Association
  • AWHONN/Fetal Heart Monitoring

Onboarding Requirements

  • License/certificate verification dated within 30 days of start
  • Tdap within the past 10 years
  • Trinity OFAC completion within 30 days of start
  • Fit test
  • Trinity Code of Conduct form
  • Trinity I-9
  • Confidentiality and information security agreement
  • Trinity Integrity and Audit Services form
  • Specialty-specific competency testing completed within 1 year
  • Skills checklist
  • COVID-19 vaccine documentation, declination, or exemption
  • MMR proof or titer
  • Hepatitis B series or declination
  • TB screening
  • Varicella proof or titer
  • Physical/health statement within the last year
  • Drug screen
