Description
RN - Behavioral Health
Overview
- Travel RN position in behavioral health
- 40 hours per week
- 13-week contract
- Orientation is biweekly on Tuesdays
- Blocked scheduling is not available
- Float required
- Weekend coverage is every other weekend or as needed
- No call required
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Massachusetts
- Behavioral Health experience within the last year
- 1 year of experience in Behavioral Health
- BLS
- HWC
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Experience in an Inpatient Behavioral Health setting
Patient Population
- Adult, pediatric, and geriatric behavioral health patients
- Common diagnoses include schizophrenia, depression, bipolar disorder, substance use disorder, and anxiety
Work Environment
- Inpatient psychiatric setting
- Must be willing to work with both adult and pediatric care
Additional Notes
- Blue scrubs required
- Candidates must live 60 miles or more away to be considered travel
- Local rate is listed for candidates within the local radius
