Travel RN Case Management Job

Overview

Location: Largo, Florida
Employment type: Travel
Schedule: 36 hours per week
Contract length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Florida
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
BLS
Case Management (1 year of experience)
Case Management experience within the last year
Experience with Meditech

Preferred Experience

Complex discharge planning

Schedule Expectations

Work every other weekend
Work holidays in rotation with hospital employees

Unit Notes

The unit alternates between units and should be treated as a float unit
Case management patient ratio is at least 25:1
The unit uses Meditech and Midas
