CT Tech

Job Overview

Travel assignment in Mountain View, Missouri
Night shift, 3x12
36 guaranteed hours per week
No weekend requirement
Normally no call

Required Qualifications

CT Technologist (1 year of experience)
CT Technologist experience within the last year
BLS
ARRT (R)
Driver's License

Responsibilities

Perform CT and radiographic diagnostic procedures independently
Prepare orders, assume responsibility for the designated area/procedure, and finalize exams in the EMR
Transport patients between the ED and Radiology
Float between CT and X-ray

Additional Details

Flu vaccination is required from November 1 through April 1 for all travelers; exemptions must be client approved
Black scrubs required
No T-shirts unless branded for the facility
Works mainly with outpatient and ED patients
Self-starter who can work alone for part of the shift
CT equipment: Toshiba
8-bed unit
Patient ratio: 1:1
