RN - Med Surg
Overview
- Travel RN position in Indianapolis, Indiana
- Specialty: Acute Care / Medical Surgical
- 36 guaranteed hours per week
- 20-week contract
Schedule
- Shift: 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
- Weekend requirement: every 3rd weekend, plus at least 2 Mondays and 2 Fridays in 6 weeks
- Holiday availability based on unit need
- No call required
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Indiana
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Active BLS certification
- 2 years of Med Surg experience
- Med Surg experience within the last year
- 2 or more years of total travel experience
Unit Details
- 30-bed unit
- Typical patient ratio: 1:4 to 1:5
- Patient population: Medical Surgical
- Float to like units
Additional Information
- Must be available every day during the first week of orientation for onboarding
- Scrub color: Navy
- Unacceptable attire includes hoodies, non-scrub jackets, and Crocs
