Travel Surgical Tech Job
Overview
- Location: Bakersfield, California
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Shift: Days
- Hours: 36 per week
- Schedule options: 5x8s or 4x10s, depending on the open position
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in the specialty
- Active BLS certification
Preferred Qualifications
- CST preferred
Job Responsibilities
- Scrub for surgery cases
- Set up and maintain a sterile field
- Perform surgical tech duties across all surgery specialties
Assignment Details
- Heavy case mix includes neuro, ortho, endo, and vascular
- Robotics are required
- Will take call
- May float to the downtown campus as needed
- First to float
- Forced call may occur if staffing cannot be covered, though this is rare
