- Local rate applies to clinicians with permanent addresses within 50 miles.
- Client may call off or cancel up to 24 hours for every 13-week assignment.
- 8 hours of non-billable orientation; guaranteed hours do not apply during orientation.
- Clinicians returning within 12 months of their last worked date are not eligible for non-billable orientation.
