Description
Employee Health Support RN
Location
- Vacaville, California
Job Type
- Clinical nursing travel
- 15-week contract
Schedule
- Hours between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM
- Up to 5 days per week
- 8-hour shifts
Role Summary
- Supports employee health clinics, including flu and respiratory fit testing
- Assists with employee health tasks such as new hire medical clearance review, work injuries, exposures, return-to-work, fitness for duty, organizational requirements, and wellness initiatives
- Participates in performance improvement activities, committees, projects, and other assigned duties
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in California
- Occupational Health (3 years of experience)
- Occupational Health experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Knowledge in Worker's Compensation regulations
Preferred Qualifications
- Occupational health nursing certification
- 1 year of employee and occupational health nursing experience
- 1 year of case management experience
- Knowledge of workers’ compensation regulations and claims experience
Additional Information
- Clinical skills and injections
- Ability to run specific clinics and document results in computer
- OJT training will be provided for specified software
