Description
Clinical Nurse II
Location: Palo Alto, California
Setting: Treatment Center OR Inpatient
Schedule: Days, 10 hours per day, 40 hours per week
Contract Length: 16 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in California
- 3 years of experience in Cardiac Cath Lab
- Cardiac Cath Lab experience within the last year
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Experience working with Pediatric patients
- Experience working with Adult patients
- Experience in an Acute Care setting
Required Skills
- Proficiency with clinical equipment/machines, computers, and technology used in the nurse’s practice setting
- Ability to use materials and supplies judiciously in direct and indirect patient care
- Ability to guide, assist, and direct unlicensed assistive personnel as allowed by California Nurse Practice Act and organizational policies
Preferred Experience
- Interventional Radiology experience

- Possible mandatory overtime and on-call coverage
