Required Qualifications
- Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in New York
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology (ASHA)
- Bachelor's degree in speech language pathology
- Experience in a(n) Long Term Care setting
- Experience with Epic

- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent assessment skills
- Proficient with MS Office and Epic/EMR software
- Knowledge of the PDPM reimbursement system
