Job Overview

Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in California
- Labor and Delivery (3 years of experience)
- Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure
- EFM - Electronic Fetal Monitoring
- AWHONN Advanced
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Job Details
- First-time travelers accepted
- Local candidates accepted within 50 miles
- Weekend availability is required depending on contract length
- On-call is not required
- Floating may be required to mother baby
- Precepting skills are preferred
- Must be flexible working weekends
- RTO must be included at time of submission

Compliance and Pre-Start Requirements

- Employment application must include at least the last 5 years of employment
- Minimum of 2 references covering 1 year of employment total within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty/setting
- Physical exam within 1 year of start
- Fit mask required for travel starts on or after 2/5/2024
- Respiratory safety clearance required for travel starts on or after 2/5/2024
- Drug screen required within 12 months of start
- TB screening required within 12 months of start
- Flu vaccination or declination required during flu season
- COVID vaccination documentation or declination may be required based on candidate status
- Tdap documentation required within 10 years
- Measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella immunity or declination documentation required
