Overview

• Location: Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin
• Employment type: Travel/Contract
• Shift: Nights, 4x12 hours
• Schedule: Every other weekend
• Start dates: ASAP, 9/21, 10/5, 10/10, 10/19
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Floating: May float to IMCU/stepdown within skill set
• Local candidates: Accepted within 50 miles at a lower rate

Required Qualifications

• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Valid RN license in Wisconsin
• Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
• 1 year of Med Surg / Telemetry experience
• Ability to interpret and sign off telemetry strips

Required Certifications

• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross; may be pending with submission
• NIHSS; may be pending with submission

References

• 2 supervisor references are required
• One reference must be from the current or most recent assignment
• One reference must be from the second most recent assignment
• One reference is required at submission, and the second within 1 week of start

Additional Requirements

• Background check required
• Wisconsin caregiver screening required
• Physical exam required within 1 year of start
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray required within 1 year of start
• Drug screen required within 14 days of start
• Flu vaccination or approved exemption required during flu season
• Photo for badge required
• Confidentiality statement required
• Skills checklist required annually
