Job Overview
- Travel/contract role in Apple Valley, California
- Night shift: 3x12 hours, 5:45 PM to 6:15 AM
- 36 hours per week
- Start date: ASAP
- Contract length: 18 weeks
- Acute care hospital setting
- High-volume, fast-paced environment
- Graveyard shift
- Self-scheduling based on seniority
- May be asked to pick up voluntary shifts outside contracted times
- Must be open to working 3 of 5 major holidays
- May be asked to do own transport based on staffing
- Must be able to work independently and efficiently
- Community hospital experience required
- First-time travelers accepted
Required Qualifications
- Valid CT Technologist license in Washington
- CT Technologist (2 years of experience)
- CT Technologist experience within the last year
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or Heart&Stroke Foundation
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or Heart&Stroke Foundation
- ARRT
- CA CRT
- Experience in an Acute Care setting
- Community Hospital experience
Schedule and Assignment Details
- Weekends may exceed every other weekend to meet unit needs
- No call
- No floating
- Open to block scheduling per unit need
- RTO must be included at time of submission
- Facility may call off once every two-week pay period
Additional Notes
- 1:1 ratio
- GE and Toshiba equipment used
- 30–40+ scans per 12-hour shift expected
