Description
Emergency Department RN
Overview
- Travel/contract RN role in California
- 13-week assignment
- Night shift: 3x12 hours, 19:00–07:30
- Start date: ASAP
- First-time travelers accepted with 2.5 years of experience
- Weekend coverage required as needed by the department
- Floating not required
- On-call not required
- Local candidates may be accepted at the local rate if within 50 miles of the facility
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in California
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- ED - Emergency Department (2.5 years of experience)
- ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
- Experience working with Level 2 Trauma patients
- 2.5 years of experience in a large level II trauma center
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- PALS issued by American Heart Association

- Drug screen within 1 year of start
- Flu vaccination or declination during flu season
- COVID vaccination record preferred
