Job Details
- Location: West Des Moines, Iowa
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
- Schedule: No weekends, no call
Role Summary
- Perform cardiac CT and vascular CT
Required Qualifications
- Valid CT Technologist license in Iowa
- CT Technologist experience within the last year
- 1 year of CT Technologist experience
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
Onboarding Requirements
- COVID-19 vaccination or approved declination/exemption
- MMR documentation
- Fit test
- Hepatitis B documentation or declination
- 2-step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/T-Spot), or chest x-ray if positive
- Varicella documentation
- Physical/health statement from an exam within the last year
- Drug screen completed before start
- Tdap within the past 10 years
- Iowa child and adult dependent abuse training
- Iowa criminal history, sex offender, dependent adult, and child abuse registry check
