RN OR Circulator

Overview

Travel assignment in Fort Worth, Texas
13-week contract
36 hours per week
Shift: 6:30A-5P
Tuesday starts

Unit Details

OR unit with 7 beds
Day shift staffing includes 1 OR RN and 2 CSTs
Patient ratio is 4 to 5 cases per team
On-call requirement: 4 to 5 call days
Floating: shares staff between Surgical Hospital and Alliance campus

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Texas
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
OR - Operating Room (1 year of experience)
OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
ACLS
BLS
CST who can perform Ortho, Plastics and Podiatry

Preferred

At least 3 years of experience for Circulators and CSTs
Not requesting time off

Procedures / Case Mix

Total joints
Hip replacement
Tibia and Fibula surgeries
Ankles and feet
Mid foot joints
Plastics
Breast reduction and expansions
Robotic XI and DV5
Breast reconstruction – Diep Flats

Additional Notes

Positive, hard worker, and will take trauma call at main
Surgical services staff have been there for 3 or more years
