Overview

Travel/Contract role in Tracy, California
Day shift: 5x8 hours, 9:30–18:00
Contract length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in California
Preoperative (3 years of experience)
Preoperative experience within the last year
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Ambulatory Surgery experience
Experience with Epic

Preferred Qualifications

EPIC experience
Bachelor of Science in Nursing

Facility Details

Acute care hospital
81 staffed beds
Scrub color for RNs: Navy Blue
Free parking in any unrestricted space

Additional Notes

Charting system: EPIC
Background check required within 6 months of start, including 7-year history review and FACIS Level 3 screening
Sex offender search required within 90 days of start
TB screening and other standard health documentation are required before start
Candidate must review and sign job description, standards of business conduct, general regulatory orientation, and other required onboarding documents prior to start
