Assignment Details
- Travel/Contract
- Start date: Mid-Late October
- Assignment length: 15 or 18 weeks
- Shift: Day, 5x8 hours, 8:00–16:30
- No weekends
- Some Saturdays
- 40 hours per week
- First timers accepted
- Pending license accepted
- Locals not accepted; permanent address must be at least 50 miles from the facility
- Time off is reviewed individually upon offer; all RTO must be included in the submittal
- No on-call
- No block schedule accommodation
Unit / Setting
- Outpatient setting
- Neuro/ortho patients and medically complex patients
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Alaska
- Physical Therapist (1 year of experience)
- Physical Therapist experience within the last year
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation
