Overview

• Travel/Contract role in Mayfield Heights, Ohio
• Unit: Neonatal ICU
• Night shift: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00pm–7:30am
• Contract length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Ohio
• NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care experience within the last year
• 1 year of NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care experience
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Additional Requirements

• 2 references from employment within 1 year of start, from a Manager, ANM, Supervisor, Charge Nurse, or Director
• Application must include 3 years prior work history, including at least 2 years of clinical practice in an acute care setting and in a similar area to the assignment
• Background check required prior to start
• Education verification required
• Fingerprinting required within 48 hours of signed contract and must be completed before start
• Physical exam required within 1 year of start
• Fit mask required within 12 months of start and updated annually
• Tdap required every 10 years
• Negative TB or Chest X-Ray required within 12 months of start
• Rubeola, Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis B, Varicella, and Drug Testing requirements apply as stated in the source
• Flu documentation required by the stated seasonal deadline
• Eye exam required within 1 year of start
• Skills Checklist 1 required annually
