Physical Therapy - Outpatient
Location
- Prescott, Arizona
Contract Length
- 13 weeks
Setting
- Outpatient, single location
Patient Population / Clinical Focus
- General ortho, neuro, BPPV, vestibular, falls
- Large geriatric population
Required Qualifications
- BLS
- CPR
- 1 year outpatient experience
- EMR experience
Schedule
- Typically 8-hour day shifts
- Hours may vary between 0700 and 1730
Work Expectations
- Treats 8–10 patients per day
- Areas to cover will be specified
Orientation
- Orientation to environment, processes, and EMR
Weekend / Holiday
- No weekend requirement

Dress Code
- Burgundy scrubs top and bottom, or burgundy polo shirt with dark pants
Additional Notes
- Radius rule: 50 miles
- Candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity, within the past year
- PTA’s and rehab tech support are available
