Patient Volume

7–10 patients per day

Required Qualifications

Active MI license or confirmation that the application process has been initiated
BLS
OT license for the state of MI
Negative drug screen for all panels

Other Relevant Details

General rehab caseload with geriatric, pediatric, neurological, orthopedic, and similar diagnoses
No weekend requirements
No holiday requirements
Business casual attire
Department orientation includes 1–2 shifts, Epic training, and mentorship as needed
Local rate applies within 50 miles of the facility
12 non-billable orientation hours
Call-off policy is equivalent of 12 hours every 13 weeks with no penalty or need to pay for the shift
