Description
ICU RN
Overview
- 13-week travel assignment in Fort Wayne, Indiana
- 36 hours per week
- 3pm–3am shifts, three shifts per week
- Unit has 12 beds
- Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:2, 1:3
Required Qualifications
- Current Indiana or compact RN license
- BLS
- ACLS
- At least 2 years of RN experience
- At least 1 year of ICU experience
- Comfortable with vent management, vasoactive gtts, and psychiatric patients
Preferred / Additional Details
- Floating is limited to Critical Care only
- Unit equipment includes ventilators, Bipap, and EV 100s
- EPIC computer charting and Pyxis medication administration are used in the unit
- Dress code: Caribbean blue scrubs
- Orientation includes 7 mandatory days, with 2 days of training on the floor after jumpstart orientation
