Description
Endoscopy GI Lab RN
Overview
- Specialty: Endo - 72
- Location: Wheeling, West Virginia
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Unit: Endoscopy.GI Lab
- Department details: 5 suites; 1 RN per room
Required Qualifications
- BLS certification
- Active driver’s license at time of submission
- Knowledge of Endoscopy procedures and equipment
Duties
- Intra-op circulation nurse, no sedation
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
- Call required: usually 3 days per month
- Weekend call: 1 weekend per month, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM Saturday and Sunday
- Holiday call required
- 30-minute call response time
Preferred
- Knowledge of Epic
Additional Notes
- Scrubs provided in house
- Unit-specific orientation provided
- Surgical techs are present in the department
