RN Tele Med Surg
Overview
- Travel RN role in the Float Pool (Surge) unit
- 3 openings
- 36 guaranteed hours per week
- Night shift: 6:45p–7:15a, 3x12s
- Every other weekend and holiday required
- No block scheduling
- Duration: 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Virginia
- Med Surg / Telemetry (2 years of experience)
- Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
- One completed travel assignment
- ACLS
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- NIHSS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Cardiac experience
- Cardiology experience
- Experience with Epic
Preferred Qualifications
- 2-year MS Tele experience
Unit Details
- Float Pool
- Acute Care patient population
- Patient ratio: 1:7
- 495-bed facility
- At least 30 beds per unit
- EPIC required
