Telemetry
Overview
- Travel/Contract role in Arlington, Virginia
- Unit: 6B, Cardiac Tele
- Medical cardiac step-down unit with 24 rooms
- Schedule: Nights, 36 or 48 hours per week
- Duration: 13 weeks
- RTO must be included in the submission
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Virginia
- Telemetry PCU - Progressive Care Unit (2 years of experience)
- Telemetry PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience within the last year
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- NIHSS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Telemetry experience
- Experience with Epic
Unit Details
- Adult to geriatric patient population
- Patient mix includes cardiac conditions, med/surg patients, and step-down care
- Ratio: 1:5
Additional Requirements
- Flu vaccine required during flu season
- Government-issued photo ID required
- Proof of E-Verify or attestation required
- 2 clinical references required
- Standard 7-year work history verification required
