    Description

    Occupational Therapist

    Overview

    • Contract role in San Ramon, California.
    • Home health occupational therapy assignment.
    • New grads are welcome.
    • Home health experience is preferred, not required.

    Territory

    • Area #6: Vacaville, Fairfield, Rio Vista, Suisun City, Dixon.
    • Area #7: Vallejo, Benicia, Napa, American Canyon, Yountville.

    Schedule and hours

    • Day shift.
    • 36 hours per week.
    • Guaranteed-hours option is available; non-guaranteed hours option is also available.
    • Weekend coverage may be required.
    • May need to travel outside the service area occasionally to secure a full caseload.
    • Must be willing to see Covid+ and Covid Pui patients.

    Required Qualifications

    • Valid Occupational Therapist license in California.
    • Occupational Therapist experience within the last year.
    • BLS.
    • Driver's License.
    • Auto insurance.
    • Auto registration.
    • TB annual.
    • MMR.
    • Varicella.
    • HepB.
    • TDap within 10 years.
    • Flu annual.
    • Drug screen.
    • Physical.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Home health experience.
